Dear Bill,
I just wanted to give you an update on what is going on with me as a CD3 Cart operator.
I was wondering if there is an area where cart operators can actually share their
experience together. I know that there are some well experienced operators who might
have small techniques that would help us boost our sales. I think that would be
a great idea.
Anyways, to start with, I wanted to share what I did to help sell the perfect petzzz
more professionally. Once I get my shipment, I store it in my office/warehouse,
then I choose the boxes that I need to send to my carts at the malls.
 Upon arriving to the mall, and before customers start coming,
I open every box and add a battery to every pet. I would then put pets back in the
plastic bags and store them in their repective boxes. I would also remove ones that
do not work, if any.
I found that this has helped my sales as well as the way my employees feel towards
selling the pets Because, this would eliminate any returns from customers. Customers
will always get a working pet from me (they can buy additional batteries if they
want to), and also they will never see any non working pet due to mechanical problems.
This also increased the speed and professionalism at which I close the sale.
I just wanted to share my experience so far.
The good news is that I am opening another Perfect Petzzz cart in Laguna Hills Mall
in Laguna Hills CA. I was contacted by the mall leasing manager and was offered
a prime location. I wanted to get ur feedback on this mall if possible.
