How do I return defective products?
- Fill out the Warranty Request Form and fax it
to 512.238.1136. This form details the type and number of items you are returning
and must be provided to obtain an RMA#. Your Warranty Request Form is the
first communication with the Customer Service Department.
- Once the Warranty Request Form is received,
we will contact you with the RMA#. This number is critical in processing and
expediting your return!
- Fill out the Packing Slip, which is used to communicate
with the warehouse and the warranty department. Be sure to write the RMA# provided
to you by customer service on the Packing Slip and include
it in the box with the returned items.
- Fill out the Return Mailing Label and attach
it to the box. Be sure to write the RMA# on the Return Mailing Label.
We will repair or replace, at our option, the product without charge (postage and
postal insurance are the responsibility of the consumer). Proof of purchase from
an authorized Perfect Petzzz dealer must accompany the return.
